Our Packing houses admit Egyptian Potatoes through our farms under strict supervision from highly qualified agricultural engineers to maintain quality control. Innovative packing techniques are implemented to provide the efficiency needed to be able to satisfy the customers’ requests.
Moreover, Fresh Zone owns large cold stores working under an automatic software control system that uses the latest Dutch technology.
Varieties and Export Window
Spunta Potatoes
long oval-shaped potato with yellow/brown skin and creamy yellow flesh. A high-yielding variety, Spunta is great for Salads, boiling, and roasting.
Lady Rosetta Potatoes
Thanks to its high dry matter content in combination with low sugars, the Lady Rosetta is straight off the land crisping variety. A good choice for crisps producers, but also suitable for starch and mash. This crisping variety has high harvest security in combination with good yield thanks to a uniform tuber sorting size.
